What is Outrageous Japan? We are a collection of stories, videos, and pictures of outrageous places and people in Japan that will be taken on a 7 day trip for Spring Break next year. We wish to shed some light on all the wonderful places and people that inhabit this beautiful country! Outrageous Japan wants the world to see the lives of unique individuals, from Otaku, Gyaru, Punks, and many more! We will show where they hang, where they eat, and their day to day lives that they’d like to share to the world.
This will be a learning experience not only for our readers who have never been able to travel to Japan themselves, but for us as well. We want you to see the real Japan, not just what you imagine Japan to be!
If there are stories you want heard, please don’t be afraid to make some suggestions, we’d really appreciate it! If you are a Japanese man/women who wants us to hear your story, please let us know! Send us a message on tumblr, in the comments, or on youtube.
What We Need & What You Get
We are asking for $3000 for our campaign, this will help for getting us to Japan, getting us into the places we wish to venture, hotel, food, and much more. In return we have many amazing gifts we’d love to give you as a BIG thank you for helping us get to Japan to share these amazing stories!
The perks you will recieve are great, I assure you! We will send anything from candies and snacks you couldn’t get anywhere else, cute items like jewelry, toys, and bigger items like clothing/purses/manga/etc.
The perks will be distributed after our trip!
If Outrageous Japan is successful we will make sure to do adventures in many more places in the future! How does South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan sound? Our trips will be much longer and we will be able to share many more stories with you from people all over the world!
